Clouds

This collection is every trip I've made out to shoot blue hour before sunrise, sunrise itself, sunset, and blue hour after sunset. I put it together intentionally — I've taken a real liking to clouds, and to how alpenglow bounces off them as the light rises and falls at very specific times of day.

It's become its own kind of color study for me, and I think I've landed on a pretty unique aesthetic doing it. Most of these were shot along the water — usually the Columbia River, sometimes out at the Oregon Coast.
