Website Design & Local SEO in Vancouver, WA

The other side of Miranda Media Co. — helping small businesses get seen online, from the ground up. Websites, local SEO, Google Ads, and the photography to go with it, for businesses around Vancouver and Portland. Most small businesses don't need an agency. They need one person who knows their business, picks up the phone, and does the work.

What I do most

Website Design

It looks fine, but nobody calls. I build sites designed around one thing: turning a visitor into someone who picks up the phone.

Better together

A website and SEO work best as one job, and I do both in-house. The site gets built with search in mind from day one, so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini can read what you do and where, and I keep working on it from there.

Also in-house

Local SEO, AEO & GEO

You're on Google somewhere, but not where it counts. I set up your Google Business Profile, get you into the directories that matter, and build your site so search engines — and AI assistants — can actually read it.

Social Media Management

If you'd rather not think about it at all, I'll schedule and post to your social channels and your Google Business Profile.

Starting prices, before tax. Exact scope gets sorted out on a call — no setup fees, no long-term contracts.

Google Ads runs on a 3-month minimum — paid ads need that long before the data means anything. Ad spend goes straight to Google, not to me, and the right number depends on your industry.

Questions

Why are you cheaper than an agency?

No office, no account managers, no sales team taking a cut. You're paying for the work, not the overhead around it. It also means you talk to the person actually doing it — every time.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term contracts. Google Ads has a 3-month minimum because paid ads genuinely need that long before the data means anything — everything else is month to month.

What do you need from me?

Time on a discovery call, and access to whatever already exists — Google Business Profile, your website, analytics. If you don't have any of it yet, that's fine — we start with what you need first and build from there.

How long does a website take?

About two weeks for a standard build, assuming photos and content are ready. If I'm shooting the photos too, add a week.

Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?

Yes. Marketing work happens anywhere. Photography is Vancouver/Portland metro, or farther by arrangement.
